Laptop Service Center was formed to address the growing service needs of mobile computer users residing in and traveling to the greater Atlanta metro-area. Laptop Service Center is currently a division of Future Technologies Solution, Inc., The Technology Solutions Provider.
From office equipment supplies and repairs, to maintenance contracts, Future Technologies Solution Inc.. has been serving the Metro Atlanta area, and several national accounts for over 14 years. The trend towards portable computing has become obvious. Capitalizing on this technology trend; Future Technologies Solution Inc.. has serviced laptop computers since late 1996, gaining customers through referrals from local computer retailers and from existing customers. Laptop Service Center has developed relationships with many OEM (original equipment manufacturer) accounts, enabling us to get repair parts often unavailable to the general public. In many cases, knowing who really made your laptop computer is more than half the repair battle.
Currently these services are offered at the Laptop Service Center: Laptop LCD screen repair, hardware/software diagnosis, installation and trouble shooting, data transfer and recovery, BIOS upgrades, password removal, CMOS battery replacement, Palm Pilot synchronization, infrared printer configuration, operating system load (Windows, NT, OS/2, LINUX), hard drive install and upgrades, Y2K compatibility testing, Home and Office LAN installations. Courier Service is available. All Laptop Service Center technicians are A+ Certified and work on NAME BRAND AND CLONE computers.
In addition to the aforementioned services, Laptop Service Center will stock accessories and emergency related items needed for portable computer users. We stock memory and hard drives for the most popular BRAND NAME AND CLONE computers. You guys did a great job on diagnosing and repairing the problem with my laptop. It took The Laptop Superstore approximately 5 months to, in the first place break it and the in the second to claim it was fixed when it wasn't. The Warranty company has ok'd the repair so I am out nothing but time and trouble. Will certainly recommend you as the need arises, which it does as we are in the network system integration business.
